Pit stop!

Pit stop!

Gosh, five months have already passed and it is now time to go back home!

Even before leaving for California in January, in fact, I had already planned a “European break” from mid-June to early July. In this period I will be going to FEEM – where I will have a meeting with my supervisor Prof. Tavoni and I will give a seminar concerning the work done in the first months of my project – and I will participate in the EAERE (European Association of Environmental and Resource Economists) conference in Athens from June 28 to July 1. After some more days in Italy, I will be back to the US: before going back to Berkeley to continue my MERCURY project, however, I will stop on the East Coast, because from July 12 to July 14 I will be attending the IEW (International Energy Workshop) at the University of Maryland in College Park (near Washington, DC).

In the meantime, however, I will enjoy the next days at home! Indeed I really needed it: it has been a great experience up to now, but naturally some inevitable difficulties and some periods of tiredness have been there, so a moment when I can meet with my family, friends and colleagues is very welcome 🙂
