In my research I have been focusing on low-carbon power technologies and on how they could contribute to the transition towards a fully decarbonized energy sector. However we often forget that, as the title of this post clearly states, “energy efficiency should always be the first answer”. Before trying to understand how to generate clean energy, in fact, let’s try to understand how we can get the same final useful output needing less input energy!
